When the user makes contact with the provider (for example through a contact form or via email), the user’s details will be stored for the purposes of dealing with the query and in case there are any follow-up questions.
Data protection / access data
Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and Swiss data protection laws (data protection law, DSG) gives everyone the right to privacy and protection from the misuse of their personal data. We comply with these provisions.
Personal data is treated with the strictest confidence and will not be sold or passed on to third parties.
Working closely with our hosting provider, we endeavor to protect our databases as much as possible from unauthorized access, loss, misuse or falsification.
When our websites are accessed, the following data is saved in log files: IP address, date, time, browser request and general information submitted to the operating system and browser, respectively. This usage data forms the basis for anonymous, statistical analyses to determine trends that we can then use to improve our offers, as appropriate. Data protection statement for the use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc.

Data protection statement for the use of Instagram plugins
Our website uses Instagram’s so-called social plugins, which hare operated by Instagram LLC., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA (“Instagram”). The plugins are identified with an Instagram logo, e.g. in the form of an Instagram camera. Whenever you request a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser creates a direct connection to Instagram servers. The contents of the plugin are sent by Instagram directly to your browser and incorporated into the page. Handling personal data
