When the user makes contact with the provider (for example through a contact form or via email), the user’s details will be stored for the purposes of dealing with the query and in case there are any follow-up questions. 

Data protection / access data

Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and Swiss data protection laws (data protection law, DSG) gives everyone the right to privacy and protection from the misuse of their personal data. We comply with these provisions.
Personal data is treated with the strictest confidence and will not be sold or passed on to third parties.
Working closely with our hosting provider, we endeavor to protect our databases as much as possible from unauthorized access, loss, misuse or falsification.

When our websites are accessed, the following data is saved in log files: IP address, date, time, browser request and general information submitted to the operating system and browser, respectively. This usage data forms the basis for anonymous, statistical analyses to determine trends that we can then use to improve our offers, as appropriate. The provider reserves the right, however, to review the log data later if there are concrete grounds for the justified suspicion of unlawful use. 

Data protection statement for the use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc.

(«Google»). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”; text files that are stored on your computer and allow the website use to be analyzed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website, will generally be transferred by Google to and stored on a server in the USA. If IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will first be truncated by Google, within the member states of the European Union or other states which are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.

Google will only transmit the full IP address to a server in the USA and truncate it there in exceptional circumstances. Google may also transfer this information to third parties, if required to do so by law, or where third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. The IP address transferred by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics will not be conflated with other data held by Google.

It should, however, be noted that if you do this, you will not be able to fully use all the functions of this website. By using this website, you agree to the data about you collected by Google being processed, as described above and for the purpose described above. 

Data protection statement for the use of Facebook plugins (“like” button) 

Plugins for the social networking site Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA, are integrated into our website. You can recognize Facebook plugins from the Facebook logo or “like” button on our website. You can find an overview of Facebook plugins here: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/

When you visit our websites, a direct link between your browser and the Facebook server is established. Facebook obtain information that you have visited our site with your IP address. When you click on the Facebook “like” button, if logged into your Facebook account, you can link the content of our sites to your Facebook profile. Facebook can then associate your visit to our sites with your user account. Please note that we, as site provider, receive no knowledge of the content of the data transferred to Facebook, nor how it is used. Data protection statement for the use of Instagram plugins

Our website uses Instagram’s so-called social plugins, which hare operated by Instagram LLC., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA (“Instagram”). The plugins are identified with an Instagram logo, e.g. in the form of an Instagram camera. Whenever you request a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser creates a direct connection to Instagram servers. The contents of the plugin are sent by Instagram directly to your browser and incorporated into the page. Thus Instagram receives the information that that your browser has accessed a specific page of our website, even if you have no Instagram profile or you are not currently logged into Instagram. Such information (including your IP address) is sent by your browser directly to an Instagram server in the USA, where it will be stored. If you are logged into Instagram, Instagram can associate your visit to our website directly with your Instagram account. If you interact with the plugins, e.g. you click the Instagram button, the relevant information will also be sent directly to an Instagram server, where it will be stored. In addition, the information will be published on your Instagram account and shown to your contacts there. Handling personal data

Personal data is information which helps to identify a person and therefore information that can be led back to a person.
It includes name, email address and telephone number. But personal data also includes information about preferences, hobbies, memberships or which websites someone views.
Personal data is only collected, used and disseminated by the provider if this is permitted by law or the users in the data gathering have given consent.

Revocation, alterations, amendments and updates

The user has the right to request and find out what personal information about them has been stored, free of charge.
